Week 5: Client Desires

[accessally_user_firstname] welcome to week 5. This week, you will explore and strive to really know and understand your customers. You will do this by thinking more deeply about who your ideal customers are, so that you can offer them products and services that meet what they truly want and need, at the right time.

This would you are starting Customer Research. I strongly recommend you have at least 3-5 conversations with existing/past customers and also with those customers who represent ideal prospective customers. If you don’t yet have customers or you are pivoting a new direction with your ideal customers, conduct those interviews with those who represent your ideal customer type.
