This will be accomplished through supporting your personal transformation and leadership journey as well as taking meaningful action steps to define and implement your brand strategy throughout the process.
Module 1 (weeks 1-5) focuses on you internally: you’ll be invited to consider your foundational core values, beliefs, desire and vision for yourself and your business. You’ll be supported to examine your strengths and defaults that may be showing up in how you’re leading and growing your business, all to help you develop a more aligned foundation for growth.
Module 2 (weeks 6-9) looks outward at your customers and the market as you more deeply understand their desires and discomforts so that your approach, brand positioning and messaging are developed to be an aligned match for who they are and what they desire.
Module 3 (weeks 10-13) is where the strategy is synthesized into a clear strategic picture for where you go next to support you in fully unleashing your soulful brand.
This program is about digging deep to decide what you desire in life, then creating a business that is in alignment with that while pairing this with strategic action so that you experience transformation and results in real-time both impacting short terms results while also laying a foundation for long-term sustainability.
